Competitive Program Information
Exciting plans for our competitive program are to have the following
teams in place for the fall 2009 season (providing we have the correct
coaches & enough players):
The "Academy" is extra coaching of a high level, available
to solid players playing in our in-town league.

What: Technical (skills) and Tactical (decision
making/knowledge of how to play) clinics for solid, advanced U/10 soccer
players in the Enid Soccer Club; directed by Joel Champlin, Head Coach
of Enid Soccer Club, and Enid Soccer Club’s Pumas & Pride competitive
program technical director & Enid High School Head Coach, Craig Liddell.
There will be other licensed coaches working these practices as well.
Who For: All solid, advanced boys and girls playing in the
Under-10 ESC league (must be old enough to be U/10,
preferably true U/10’s born between 8/1/98 and 7/1/99, but
standout U/9’s are welcome to try it out.).
Where: Enid Soccer Complex, meet at concessions stand.
Why: To set forth a fun-filled, challenging environment for the
serious, dedicated players in the league to develop the vital skills
required to be successful in the game of soccer. Team Coaches are very
welcome to attend to assist on these nights and get any required
coaching support they may desire. All stronger (serious and
dedicated) players of this age are highly encouraged to attend these
sessions!
When: Academy sessions will be held on various nights throughout
the fall and again in the spring with there also being a possibility of
a winter indoor program. Stay posted for dates and times!
Cost: Free of charge!!!
